BELLYDANCE WORKOUT Learn and drill signature bellydance moves in this fun, upbeat class. Open to all levels, beginners will gain a strong foundation and intermediate/advanced dancers will take home new practice ideas. You will develop a greater understanding of the different styles in bellydance, as Heather will pull from several each week. Varying tempos, speeds and patterns will give your body and mind a great workout. The shimmy drill will leave you shining for the rest of the day!
